The dandelion is an English pub in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia. The pub is housed in two adjacent 1890's historic townhouses, which provide an authentic setting for the restaurant. The genuine feel of the interior is courtesy of the 2 large shipping containers full of salvaged architectural items found in London. This assortment of materials was catalogued, and then integrated into the design of the existing spaces; a former shoe store, Italian restaurant, and 3 apartments. The result is a two-story pub and restaurant with two bars, a raw bar, and five unique dining rooms (including 3 working fireplaces).
